Manufacturing Footprint
Kaper operates two primary manufacturing facilities: a facility in Dongguan, China, and a newer plant in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Together, these sites occupy a total of 30,000 m (approximately 366,000 ft) of production space, enabling a high degree of manufacturing control and scalability. Both the Dongguan and Phnom Penh factories are certified to the BSCI standard, reflecting the company's commitment to responsible and ethical workplace practices.

Kaper's core strength lies in its comprehensive, in-house manufacturing process. The company vertically integrates a wide range of technologies within its own facilities, including injection molding, metal stamping, CNC lathing, compression molding, vacuum plating, ultrasonic welding, painting, pad printing, and laser engraving. This end-to-end control, coupled with final assembly on-site, ensures stringent quality management, production efficiency, and complete supply chain reliability for all products.
